Delivery is free from €100 for all orders in Metropolitan France.
Order preparation times
Orders are prepared within 48 working hours and sent by the carrier selected when you checkout (Colissimo or Chronopost). You must add the transport delivery times according to your area.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
In the event of public holidays, periods of high activity such as sales, bad weather, exceptional closures or traffic bans, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Any order on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. LDB is not required to verify and inform its customers of applicable customs duties and taxes.
The countries delivered by the LDB site are: Metropolitan France, Corsica, European Union, United States, Australia, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Argentina and Morocco.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return.
Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method and keep the tracking number.
All you have to do is access the following page: https://ldbparis.returnscenter.com/ , fill in your order number starting with LDB and ending with 4 digits, and follow the instructions requested.
Once your return request has been received, you will receive a validation email with shipping instructions.
We will contact you upon receipt of your return.
The refund will take place after receipt of the return on the means of payment used during the order, within a maximum of 30 days.
Click and collect
Online orders collected in store via click and collect cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Returns of click and collect orders are subject to the same conditions as other orders. Refer to the "Returns" section.
Refunds cannot be made in store.
