You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return. Please note that the house does not make any exchange for an online purchase.
Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method and keep the tracking number.
Simply send an e-mail to our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org with the reference of the product(s) you wish to return. We will contact you upon receipt of your return.
Be sure to respect the 14-day deadline.

The refund will take place after receipt of the return on the means of payment used during the order, within a maximum of 30 days.
Click and collect
Online orders collected in store via click and collect cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
Returns of click and collect orders are subject to the same conditions as other orders. Refer to the "Returns" section.
Refunds cannot be made in store.
